We provide discretionary portfolio management services to our clients under the investment firm activity license issued by the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority. Discretionary portfolio management means managing a portfolio of securities based on the client’s mandate and individually for each client in accordance with the applicable Securities Market Act. AS Redgate Capital conducts thorough analysis when selecting instruments and does not manage portfolios containing securities developed by itself. The range of securities we analyze may depend on the professional choice of our investment specialists. We always follow applicable legal regulations to ensure high-quality and reliability of services for our clients.
To provide the service, we enter into an investment services contract with the client, which includes the general terms and conditions for investment services and the discretionary portfolio management contract, which includes the special terms & conditions for discretionary portfolio management outlined below.
In addition to the terms and conditions, the contract also includes our price list and various rules and other pre-contractual information available on our website.
