Redgate Wealth is the investment management business unit of the financial advisor Redgate Capital. For 15 years, the Redgate Capital team has been active in the Baltic capital markets, bringing together local investors and companies seeking capital for growth. We possess a comprehensive understanding of the financial solutions that entrepreneurs require and desire, and how these can be tailored to various investor groups.

The recent rapid evolution of the local investment culture has led us to increasingly focus on investors and their needs. We recognize that while regional and global capital markets offer various strategies and investment opportunities in a wide range of sectors and financial instruments, many investors still find these opportunities beyond their reach. Several trading platforms have emerged, providing access to stocks, bonds, and fund units/shares worldwide. However, there is still a lack of a satisfactory solution for determining a sensible investment strategy and risk assessment tailored to individual investors based on their risk tolerance, objectives, and financial situation. In our view, local investors deserve a better solution than the current market can provide. This is why we established Redgate Wealth in the beginning of 2023.

BOND OFFERING

EUR 6% + 6-month Euribor Sostinės bokštai bonds 23-2026

New public bond offering in the Baltic market: UAB “Sostinės bokštai” is offering up to 6,000 bonds to investors in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia as tranche 3 of their bond programme. The issue price (also the nominal value) of one bond is EUR 1,000; interest rate is 6-month Euribor + 6%.
